PTC Thermistors

Our Positive Temperature Coefficient (PTC) Thermistors offer the ultimate over-current and over-temperature circuit protection that will allow your products to function safely at their maximum potential.

Stetron offers a selection of Ceramic PTC (CPTC) Thermistors and Polymer PTC (PPTC) Thermistors for equipment such as telecommunication devices, battery packs, power supplies, transformers, motors, telephones, lamp ballasts, and TV/PC monitor degaussing applications. PPTC Thermistors are commonly called resettable fuses, as, unlike traditional fuses, they do not need to be replaced once they are tripped.

Stetron Thermistors are available with maximum voltage ratings from 6VDC to 1000VDC, and hold currents up to 14A, in a variety of configurations: radial, surface mount (SMD), square leadless, and round leadless to suit all of your application design needs.
